Having called Fredericton home for many years, I have witnessed firsthand the remarkable growth and transformation of our city. From rapid population increases to a surge in new housing and development, Fredericton’s skyline and neighbourhoods have evolved dramatically. This progress is welcome and brings new energy, opportunity, and diversity to our community.
At the same time, growth has introduced real challenges — including rising homelessness and concerns around minor crime — that affect residents, businesses, and the overall sense of community well‑being. Addressing these issues requires practical leadership, thoughtful planning, and a strong commitment to balancing growth with compassion and safety.
To help ensure Fredericton remains a city where residents and businesses can thrive and prosper, I believe thoughtful changes and responsible decisions are needed. That is why I am standing for election to City Council on May 11 — to contribute experience, perspective, and a dedication to building a stronger future for our community.
